We ended up spending 30 minutes on the same puzzle, even though we had been doing it right the whole time. I’m guessing the game master was too busy to notice we were doing it right and the puzzle itself was broken. Once he did notice though there were only five minutes left. This is one of the worst escape rooms I have done. Please don’t do this unless you want to spend half of your time scooping rocks into buckets.
