The issue we had was that the game master was sometimes MIA and we had to wave our arms at the camera and should “hello!!!!” many times to get their attention. Not the kind of service you want in something like this. Also, some props in the room didn’t work. If you are looking for a first-class experience, I would go elsewhere.
