Escape Room Mars EditionTalking TablesEscape roomTabletopThe Escape Room Mars Edition was pretty “Space-ous.” A very interactive, easily accessible, and fun tabletop escape room that is engaging, yet easy to follow. This table top game is slightly different from your typical in-person/physical escape rooms, but it was still enjoyable to play. As this was Mars Edition, the theming was surrounded on Mars, the planets, and outer space. The puzzles were more narrative based with a mixture of numbers and decoding puzzles with less physical, mechanical, and lock-and-key puzzles. Everything was paper based, and there was a smooth flow to puzzles. However, I did feel that some information in the puzzles were a little challenging to decipher or understand what they were asking for. Luckily each puzzle was labeled to its corresponding number, so it was easy to know which puzzles went with which.
The Werewolf ExperimentEscape Room in a BoxEscape roomTabletopThis was an enjoyable escape room! We brought this game to a coffee shop and had some pastries while completing this room. There were quite a variety of puzzles and interactive game play; and I was truly impressed with its ability to use every single clue, literally. It really taught you to think Outside The Box!
