    A different type of clue system over an app that opens from scanning a QR code. It was pretty good except that it didn’t work at times, but they at least have a button to call for the game master who was very attentive. The room was good fun and if I hadn’t of been alone I think an escape would have been easily doable. At least one unique puzzle style that I had not seen before which was nice.

    The theme and decorations are always great quality at Trapped rooms. The puzzles were well thought out and required team interaction. I liked that we needed to use lots of props from various rooms at different stages, it made you really think and pay attention.

    Very helpful room staff who assisted me when I needed a second set of hands since I was doing the room alone. They also let me take my beer into the room 🍻

    This room was challenging as a solo player. It had puzzles to solve as well as questions to determine the answers to based on the game masters introduction. It was hard to fully remember everything they had said, especially when typically rooms I have done will always have the pertinent information available in the room, not just verbal at the start. I felt there was at least one puzzle that was very difficult to follow the logic for and was hindered by Perspex that was scratched which limited vision to read the chart behind it.

    Enjoyable room that suits smaller groups and all ages would enjoy. Mainly electronic puzzles and good theming.

    A unique room that really impressed. We are very glad we read some reviews on Morty that recommended this room and would encourage others to go and try out The Cool Space! The puzzles and storyline worked well with the team being seated throughout and allowed for some great lighting effects and role play as we progressed through the challenges at Abercrombie’s Mansion. The game engaged our senses and kept us entertained as a team of two for close to the full hour with a successful escape. Josh was a great host and happy to engage with us at the end to discuss and share our enthusiasm for escape rooms 👍🏻🤩

    Trapped was one of the first companies we discovered when we visited Singapore and we were super impressed at the room set up and the gameplay. As a two person team the rooms were challenging within the 60 mins but the props and set up were great and the puzzles were logical.

    We loved this room but did struggle with only 2 players the first time we tried as it has a lot of puzzles and storyline to work on and could easily keep a bigger group busy. We were successful when we came back with two friends a second time. Lots of clever use of space and great theme/props.

    Well built room with good storyline and great props. About half the puzzles still result in a padlock needing to be opened but the set and design was immersive enough to make up for that 👍🏻

    Excellent room. All puzzles working well and all gameplay flowed well. The room felt immersive and was really enjoyable for some of the newer players that I brought along with me today.
