PlaygroundThe Escape Game - The BatteryEscape roomIRLThis was our first ever escape room. Two adults & 9 yr old child. The staff was very friendly and talked thru each room theme, difficulty levels, and what would work best for our small, first timer group. We ended up choosing this room because of the kid friendly theme. The room itself was clean and well put together. It was large and a little overwhelming for first timers with a small group (but this was not a surprise as staff had explained large room may be challenging due to group size and no previous experience). We did get a few helpful “hints” during the game to help us keep moving forward. They were perfect amount of info that did not answer any of the puzzles but to help us reframe our thinking to get back on the right track. We were working to complete the final puzzle when time ran out and the staff allowed my child to quickly finish which I appreciated. We really enjoyed our experience and will return to do another room when we are in the area again.
