We were essentially ignored while waiting for 20 minutes past our scheduled time and when a group member went to knock on the office door to ask what was going on for the SECOND time, they said someone would start us shortly and the door was closed in his face. One of the puzzles didn’t trigger for us and we tried to ask for a hint three times but all we saw was a blank screen so someone had to leave the room and ask for help. Turns out we had done everything correctly and had everything done for a long time, but our game master didn’t see one of the items (even though it was already in the correct place when we first walked into that part because it was never properly reset) so they didn’t trigger it. We also later discovered one of the locks was only changed by two letters. The ending was cool, different than usual. Definitely not coming back.
