The first time was when it first opened, and the puzzles were well crafted, the overall immersion of the experience was expertly curated, and I was super impressed. The second time was a couple of years later after the experience became more established, and I was extremely disappointed. They nerfed the puzzles, making them significantly less challenging. It felt more like a tourist gimmick as opposed to a true game, and I would no longer recommend it.
