Call of the AncientEscape Hour AustinEscape roomIRLAs always, EHA put on an amazing show. Stop back in time and get ready to save the world. Someone made poor life choices, and you’ve an hour to put it all right. No pressure. This room is spooky, but not scary. We have done the Cabin multiple times, and that definitely had us more worked up in here, but don’t expect jump scares or live actors in this escape. The immersion is still the best in the business, though!
The Cabin: Final ChapterEscape Hour AustinEscape roomIRLCabin 3 was an amazing psychological thriller. Our group has travelled through the McKay storyline from the beginning. We’ve bonded with the characters, and I firmly believe this tale has re-wired the chemistry in my brain. It’s my Roman Empire. The only downfall, and it isn’t enough to deduct a single darn point, is I feel the story wasn’t totally cohesive. To avoid spoilers, I’ll just say I don’t quite understand what the consequence of our decision at the very end of part 2 caused, and I don’t feel like the ending of part 3 really closed the story like we expected. Regardless, I can’t wait to step foot back in the Cabin.
