Me and my fiancé are from New York, we travel to do escape rooms and heard a lot of great things about Bewitched. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint! I definitely recommend the R rated version if you want to laugh a bunch. Not only was the room amazing but the customer service was astounding! I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, James. We had a 1:30 booking and ran in to crazy traffic, he quickly accommodated us by moving us to a later time, no charges, nothing! we loved the company so much we opt’d to immediately do another one, They offered us 20% off and helped us book the soonest available. Unfortunately due to traffic and just preference, we called to move the time and a different room & he again , helped us. No charges or .. greed like other companies. Many will tell you you have to pay again, but they were super polite and accommodating. They even helped to recommend us to tasty food and things to do in the area since we aren’t from here. 10/10 recommend!! we will be back to do all the rooms :))
