The puzzles were challenging and satisfying, the theming was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It's the rare room that hits all the notes right. It's also family-friendly with a Haunted Mansion level of fun spookiness and a side quest for smaller kids that was great for my 7yo.

Chapter 2: Norcross Art GalleryOff The Couch GamesEscape roomIRLA solid escape with high quality construction and props. It's not quite as unique as chapter one but still one of the better escape rooms around. The staff at OTC are really enthusiastic and friendly which makes it fun to keep coming back.
The MorgueLimitless Escape Games - PleasantonEscape roomIRLIt was far too easy. We finished in less than 20 minutes... While we are experienced escape room players there simply wasn't enough content to sustain an hour of play. The atmosphere was reasonably enjoyable, the staff was nice, but it needed more and harder puzzles. It's also a very small space. We did it with six, it should probably be capped at four, and two people could still easily solve it.
