The Circus:3D

This room needs some love. First, it is filled with ghost puzzles. We were told by staff that these broken puzzles were “just there for decoration” but it is clear they were intended to be interacted with (the intro video even references one of them) The puzzles that are in the room were very lackluster and not creative (such as not one but TWO slips of paper that simply have a code written on it). The final room of the game requires players to look at markings on the ceiling and then do some simple math to get a code. However, the paint on the ceiling is VERY thin and you can clearly see numbers from a previous room/puzzle which not only made it confusing but feel cheap and rushed. 

This room is EASY and was made even easier for my group since our GM felt like randomly buzzing in and telling us exactly what to do before we even got a chance to see the next room. The final puzzle was so anticlimactic we didn’t realize we escaped. Especially since we weren’t greeted by staff or offered a team photo. We stood in the hallway until a different staff member eventually walked by and said “down the stairs and left” and rushed us out. 

I’ve played many escape rooms and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed them all, but this room made me leave feeling scammed. This room has too much potential to be ruined with such bland puzzles, broken effects, and uninterested staff
