They were understaffed, the room was run-down (and not in a thematic way,) the GM reset the room incorrectly before we started, and there were no apologies for any that. It took the fun away. I’m grateful I went with someone with a great attitude because it was her first time in an escape room and I felt sad and embarrassed for choosing that one.
