This was after deciding to show up because I couldn’t reach a person to book the room despite the website telling you to call in to book and that someone would call back (which never happened). The GM seemed inattentive when asking for a clue and when we couldn’t get out of the room he didn’t offer to let us complete the room. Ok fine, but the explanation to get out was not explained well. He seemed more worried about playing video games in the employee room which was visible when walking back from the bathroom. He didn’t seem to care that we were there and wanted to get us in-and-out.
