Multiple puzzles/aspects of the game were either triggered too early or were triggered too late. Due to this, our game master had to come in twice which totally took us out of the immersion. Poor lighting and other elements also affected the flow and effectiveness of certain puzzles. I feel that the Houdini and Bubba’s rooms at this location are much more immersive and have a better puzzle flow. I have no problem supporting local businesses (and strongly encourage it), but I was surprised that we weren’t offered any sort of discounts for the room not functioning properly.
