It's very challenging, but every puzzle is fair. Best run with a large group, as there is a lot to do and a lot of area to cover. Don't miss this room!
The Lost Dutchman's Mine v. 2.0The Sanctuary Escape GamesEscape roomIRLThis was quite the experience. If you've done their previous Lost Dutchmen, it's different enough to present a challenge Top notch presentation, and some very clever puzzles. Almost felt like being on an amusement park ride and times. Lots of room for groups, so bring your friends!
La Famiglia V2.0The Sanctuary Escape GamesEscape roomIRLIt's The Sanctuary, so you know that presentation and atmosphere are on point. It's my least favorite of their rooms, but that doesn't mean it still isn't excellent and well worth anyone's time. We played with a group of 5, and I think that we possibly needed maybe one more. Though the puzzles were fair, there were a LOT of them. Another 10 minutes in this game, and id eager the success rate would be higher.
Ep. 1 - The Time TravelersBaker Street Escapes - Automobile AlleyEscape roomIRLThey're doing some really interesting stuff here, and I'm excited to see this ambitious new game series continue. There were a few frustrating puzzles, and communication with the gamemaster wasn't as smooth as I would have hoped. We were some of the earlier players of this room, so I think this will get smoother out into an excellent experience!
Alien accessEscape Sooner [prev. Escape this Norman]Escape roomIRLI was hoping for something more, but this was the definition of a "first gen" room. Chock full of locks, locks, and more locks, some of which solved via numbers scattered across the room. Essentially full of trying every number you see on every lock. We got out, but I'm afraid we won't be returning.
Alice’s DreamEscape The ParkEscape roomIRLFirst off, there is some great theming here, so a lot of love was put into this. Unfortunately, audio clips for atmosphere and clues were incessant and incredibly distracting, to the point we could here each other. Puzzle outcomes didn't trigger after solving, and others triggered by accident. After completing the room, asking the gamemaster about how some of the puzzles worked made us realize they didn't really know.
