Escape From AlcatrazAll In Adventures - HolyokeEscape roomIRLI went here with a friend that’s also willing to do just about any escape room. We expected really bad rooms based on reviews but were pleasantly surprised! If you’ve done a lot of rooms, you’ve seen better. These are “Gen 1” locks on boxes rooms. They’re not innovative or immersive, but the puzzles are clear and everything worked. We asked for one clue and it was our fault for not trying hard enough. The answers are there without guessing. This is a franchise and maybe this location is really good compared to others, but we had a great time. If you’re bringing someone that’s never done an escape room, this probably shouldn’t be their first. If you’re already a fan, this room was a nice snack between other rooms. If this was your first room, branch out! They can be so much cooler!
