The GM was supposed to help at the 10 minute mark and after explaining our rationale for solving the very first puzzle, the did not help us until 20 MINUTES after. We were in the first room for 30 minutes because of that one puzzle and after that, we were able to solve almost all the puzzles very quickly but little help, but because the GM was not very helpful and sometimes even rude, I hated this escape room.
