I'm not sure if it was because of the game master or because the technology was buggy, but we lost a total of around 7-10 minutes trying to get things to work and the game master realizing that the technology was unresponsive on multiple occasions. There was also a puzzle whose message was misleading, wasting some more time on our end.

My two issues are that 1. sometimes puzzles unlocked things that were not obviously unlocked (no sound or any cue to indicate anything) and 2. the technology was a little finicky, and we had to try the same thing a few times to get something to work, but the game master, Jalexia, was totally accommodating with that and paused the time whenever that happened. Jalexia was probably one of the best game masters I've ever had! She mastered that balance of not holding our hands while helping us with those little easily-missable things. As a matter of fact, the only hints we really needed didn't have to do with solving puzzles so much as checking things we overlooked (typically things that very inconspicuously unlocked). Regardless of the hiccups, this still gets a LOVE from me! Thank you for the awesome experience!
