Starship | Interstellar EscapeWild Goose Escapes - FullertonEscape roomIRLIt was a decent room until… the game crashed. It seems like this was not the first time nor would it be the last time. It took about 30mins for it to get up and running and when we finally got in, we hit the “video game” part and that took about 30mins. Absolutely horrible controls and zero way to move on without finishing. Our room was at 6pm and we did not walk out of there until 7:55pm. The whole experience was extremely overwhelming and disappointing. Especially after paying 75 PER person. They did not even bother to offer us a partial refund or discount (besides the one they offer everyone at the end of there game). The game master were incredible and quick to try to fix the issue
