A Gamemaster makes or breaks the game. Ours was hard too get the attention of, we could hear him talking to coworkers or more clients, but he was not tracking us. When we could reach him we had to go over what we had and had not done to get a clue. The final lock did not work and he saw us put it in correctly and ultimately had to come in. Nice enough gent, but needed more people in the staff to give it the proper attention.

Hi Beckenham! First, I appreciate you taking a few moments to share this review and concern. Next, I am very sorry that this was your experience, this is not what we want to provide to our customers. I want you to know that I will be handling this immediately and speaking with the employee because it is our strict policy that all Game Masters are to be on headphones and fully dedicated to each room and this was not the case for you and your group. Finally, your Game Master should know exactly what you have done and what you should do next, again for that, I'm truly sorry. I do hope you would consider coming back and having a better experience!
