This room is super fun! I loved the mini games involved throughout the room. They got very creative with the use of video game elements, and there's even a little homebrew game you play on a screen that works towards unlocking another space.
It was so cute solving the little mini games (each had a nod to a popular game franchise). You collect red 'coins' as part of a bigger puzzle that's solved by the smaller ones.
There's a section with absolutely gorgeous mural artwork inside! Especially the Pacman and the Kirby tree!
The GM's at Trapped are so wonderful and friendly!
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
Using different controllers for some of the puzzles was a neat idea! Also had some carnival-like puzzles as well.
Story was cute. You save the arcade by debugging the cabinet. Collect what you need and you'll make your escape!
I'd say for a seasoned escapist it'd feel on the easier side, but there's still plenty of challenge.
Lots of fun, practical puzzles. Unless you count two brief puzzles involving a screen as 'hi tech' :)
I'd say no more than three. We escaped with just two of us.
There's an easier mode for younger kids.
Physically active
Somewhat
Normal amount of movement in an escape room.
Accessibility
There is a section that requires crouching. There are some puzzles that those with colorblindness may need assistance with.
