Iffy
42 escape rooms
This one is ok. A few of the puzzles in the first half where a bit misleading; conceptually they made sense, but not having access to the tools just yet to solve certain puzzles led us astray the majority of the time. There were also a few puzzles that we solved, but weren't given any context as to what to do next with them. The second half of the experience had a much better flow to it with clues to puzzles making more sense, which made that section feel like it went way faster.
Gameplay
We were given a lot of unsolicited hints with this one. Which isn't a bad thing necessarily, but maybe does speak for the misdirection/unclearness to the puzzles themselves.
Atmosphere
The atnosphere wasn't terrible. The Halloween half I enjoyed a lot more asthetically.
Customer service
GM was lovely!

Story
Vaguely Nightmare Before Christmas-y. Aside from having a 'Halloween' world and a 'Christmas' interacting with each other, it doesn't have any other similarities (which honestly works very well that way).
Difficulty
Easy
With the caveat of if resources were much clearer for the puzzles, I'd confidently call it easier.

Ideal number of players
2
Can easily do it with two, but I wouldn't go above four.
Scary
Not scary
There is a jumpscare with a skeleton popping out of a coffin, which was pretty fun!
Minimum age

Easy to reach puzzles, and a very tactile room with lots of things to interact with.
