WHAT COULD GO WRONG AT THE BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN? After a large earthquake a signal of unknown origin started to broadcast from the ocean floor. Expedition teams raced to gather resources in order to travel to the depths. The company you work for has managed to procure a specially made bathysphere which will allow you and your team to travel to the depths below. Will your team complete the mission and return safely to the surface, or will the dangers of the ocean drown any hopes of success?

Great environment, and exciting ending. I do recommend this room, which has a lot of engaging physical interactions and a neat setting (basically a riff on Bioshock). The "multiple endings" aspect was oversold a bit (when we got the other options explained, they were basically 'lose" and "four slight variations on something we'd never be motivated to do") but on the plus side that means we weren't "missing out" with the main "win" ending, which was exciting and had us going out on a high. Difficulty wise, there were some moments where we couldn't quite figure out what we were trying to do, but our team of three experienced escapers and one total newbie were able to finish with lots of time to spare.

We found this room to be on the easier end, partly credits to my partner being quite good with geography. We went in a group of four, and one of friends was just idling (wife accompanier), yet we were able to escape in 47 minutes. The puzzles are typically 3-step process; they are set usually in proximity and/or communications are easy across the rooms, no annoying back and forth. The theme and flow were so-so, not bad, but nothing too novel tbh. A standard room in 2025.

Quite a lot of staff at the front desk, but were just chit chatting among themselves. Not really greeted, and we were set aside to wait for 20 minutes past our booking, which is rare for an escape room experience..

A fun room! This is one of the best rooms at Escape Games Canada. Proud that my team is successful and we got out! I especially like the puzzles in the last couple of rooms.

Loved the vibe and tech in the room. Was on the harder side which was also appreciated. Needed a good amount of communication. The multiple possible endings was a nice touch, wish we had the opportunity to have those alternates play out!

The idea of some of the alternate endings is a lot of fun, wish there was a way to funnel more people into different endings than just a common one

Another very run room. It did feel like I was underwater and the technology in the room was great. The puzzles were definitely some of the hardest escape games Canada has and it was a good challenge.

The Ark at Escape Games Canada is a fantastic game that utilizes strong storytelling, advanced technology, and beautiful set design to create a challenging immersive escape game. It feels like you’ve gone underwater into the world of BioShock. The puzzles are novel and require a good amount teamwork. I wish the front desk staff were more welcoming as the woman working was quite condescending and standoffish to our questions.

Amazing set design. Bioshock vibes.

Customer service

One of the front desk staff was rude and condescending particularly a woman who was working there. We did not feel welcomed by her. Our game master did not assist when we asked for a hint, however he was very kind after the game, and walked us through all the puzzles that we had questions about. I really appreciated that.
