Lol I was too freaked out to be of any use to my group of 6, but we still managed to escape with 25m to spare, surprisingly!

Noriko is a great intro to a scarier escape room! We had a blast with some of the really unique elements in this multilevel room. We screamed, we laughed, it was a really fun theme with lost of great immersive details and surprises I have never seen in another room before or since! There were a couple puzzles that were not my favourite but overall if you are looking for a room that will keep you kn your toes, Noriko is a great choice!

This was a great room with some fantastic elements that I haven’t seen used before. One in particular stands out that I haven’t seen in any other room to date and I absolutely loved. This room brought out fear, excitement, intensity, frustration (the good kind?), and adventure. It was creepy for sure but not too scary and had lots of puzzles we loved and some we weren’t huge fans of but still enjoyed the room quite a bit overall. Escape Games always proves to be one of the best in the area.

This room has a great storyline which was very fun to follow. There was one puzzle mechanics that was a bit finicky and got some teammates frustrated not because we were wrong but because this puzzle was pretty particular. But otherwise great room. Very immersive and great atmosphere

Very thrilling and an incredible variety of puzzles that I haven’t seen elsewhere. The theming was on point and the ending was a lot of fun!!

I loved this room. I’m used to doing simple “Lock and Key” escape rooms from Windsor. I thought they were pretty cool. Until I came to Toronto and tried these games. They blew my mind and I keep encouraging my friends to try them. The story is captivating, the room is immersive, the most thrilling 60 minutes of my life. Give this room a shot!
Escape game Canada pays attention to every detail.
The story is immersive and the props and set design is absolutely amazing.
Our game master left us to play our game and only came if we called. I loved this part because I’ve played games in the past at other places where your GM will come in if they see you are stuck for a while. It would totally ruin the imersiveness

After my group got used to the room and got over the spookiness, we flew through the puzzles pretty easily. There was only one puzzle that took us a while to figure out. I do think this puzzle should be improved or changed so it’s easier. If you are reading this and try the room, you will know 100% what puzzle I am talking about.

I love escape games Canada because it’s not at all a « Lock and Key » escape room experience. When puzzles are done correctly, doors will open or lockboxes will drop items. Absolutely no locks or silly locker combinations.

3-4 people would be a good fit. Any more than that you may have everyone fighting over puzzles and it will be harder for everyone to enjoy.

Note: do not bring your 8 year old niece! We’ve done escape rooms before with my niece. She’s much braver than I am. But Escape Games Canada really tested my courage. It was nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. We wasted our first 30 minutes of the room huddled together and screaming at any noise or thud we heard. I do believe this is why we didn’t make it out on our first attempt. (We did try again the next time we were in the area and made it out. Mind you we left the 8 year old at home this time)

There is graphic content in this room. It is a 2 story haunted Japanese home. The story involves murder and paranormal activities. The theming is not sexual though. I think a mature 14 year old could handle it.

There are stairs and some other crawling parts in this room. It is also a 2 story escape room. It’s not wheelchair accessible and if someone within your group has mobility issues and cannot climb stairs then I do not recommend this room to you.
