This was the third and final room we did with Sherlocked, and we loved all three. “The Vault” felt the most immersive, especially with the actor roleplay element. We did it as a group of seven—three adults in our 40s, two kids (11 and 13), and even our 79- and 82-year-old parents—and every single one of us had a blast. The puzzles were plentiful but balanced with helpful clues when needed, and they were delivered in a way that kept us in the story. Highly, highly recommend all the Sherlocked rooms!
This was so much fun—completely different from the other two Sherlocked rooms! “The Vault” involved us stepping into character and becoming part of the story ourselves, which added a whole other layer of fun. The gameplay flowed seamlessly, and the way the clues were delivered—by the game master staying in character the entire time—was brilliant. It felt more like an interactive performance than just a puzzle room, and that made it super engaging for all of us
Atmosphere
The production value was top-notch. We were literally in an old vault underneath the former stock exchange building, where they used to store money. Everything felt authentic and vintage, yet all the mechanics and tech still worked beautifully. The lighting, sound, and puzzles all enhanced the feeling of being in a secret underground mission. The storytelling was strong and immersive—you really felt the history of the place.
Customer service
We ran into a small hiccup with our booking—after completing “The Architect” two days before, we booked “The Vault” on-site and were told we’d get a 10% discount (which we did), but we didn’t realize we also had to confirm online. Thankfully, Ibrahim, our game master, saved the day. He got us set up right away and was amazing—fun, professional, and perfectly in character. His energy really elevated the experience.
