Boardwalk Blast

I’ve always had a positive experience at Escape Garden State! I love that their room themes are all “Jersey-adjacent” too haha. This room is pretty adorable. Note that the first part of the room is not super spacious, so def stick to a smaller group. It’s one of the more unique and whimsical rooms I’ve ever done! Be aware that there are arcade / boardwalk type games involved, so parts require “skill” and “luck” and not brain energy

I love the boardwalk theme. It was very cute and the theme carried throughout the entire room. It was not too hard and not too easy. We really enjoyed this room.

By far my favorite at this establishment, so fun and absolutely a room I would use to introduce younger players. Just enough difficulty that it’s nice to have some skill variety in your crew. We competed with 2 and did have to rotate on some tasks

I did this room years ago before I had Morty but I remember it being a very cool designed room and a fun experience! My friends and I got out with a lil over 10 min left and it was a cool experience!

Board walk arcade style. Had lots of actual physical games like a ball rolling game and a ball throwing game so that will affect your time if you are not very skilled. A lot of the puzzles were very clear as to what they opened so it took a lot of the thought away from the game. It was not a bad room it was just not for me. Better for kids and beginner escapers.

Going to second everything Stephie said here - the room was very mid. The theme was so clever and had so much potential but really fell flat. We had a decent time going through the puzzles but between some being super worn down, some being broken, and one that took us literally forever because it was based on actual physical skill (should have a bypass option) we just didn’t leave loving it.

Kind of a mid room. There was one puzzle that was incredibly difficult and burned a lot of time for us which was frustrating. It was annoying too because it was a puzzle of skill not of intelligence. A cute theme though overall but probably won't be returning.

LOVE this room! This is a must do if you are in the area. A genuinely fun and extremely interactive room with some of the best puzzles I have ever seen! The last puzzle/task was so cute and on par for the theme. Definitely the easiest at this place but for sure the most fun!

Fun room but only had minimal Boardwalk themed activity. More arcade themed. Some original ideas to their puzzles but otherwise a standard escape room with easy puzzling. Kid and beginner friendly, very good for a birthday party. Recommend for sentimental reasons because I always want to be down the shore. Play this game, and tell them you found it in Morty!
