Will not return to this location. It’s possible that they could improve but this was the worst one that we did on our trip that just left such a bad impression that we won’t risk going back.
Gameplay
Game master was not engaged at all. We asked that she help keep us on pace with the room. When we were stuck later on it took a while to get a response and then she didn’t know what we had done so far which further delayed us eventually leading to us not escaping.
Atmosphere
The theming was good but run down. Books were worn down where we couldn’t read clues and another clear sheet was redone poorly where you could not see where to line it up or read.
Customer service
Owner had their kid there who was making noise which could be heard in the room.
