9 escape rooms
Overall this was a good room for this location. Most puzzles worked as intended and the room flowed well. The puzzles all made sense with the theme of the room and everything in the room felt like it belonged there. The last puzzle was disappointing, it was just like any other puzzle in the room and if it weren’t for the door opening, there is no indication that you solved the room. It really leaves you wondering if you actually completed the room or if you missed a puzzle or if the door opened prematurely. The only reason we go to this location is that it’s close to home and we’ve completed all the games at the other escape room close to home (which has better rooms, more engaged GM, with better puzzles and better upkeep)
Gameplay
Clues and puzzles flowed well one to the next. There was not a lot of time wondering where to go next.
Atmosphere
Set was well designed but showing a lot of wear and tear. Some puzzles were easier to solve because the surfaces were worn down from previous players doing the same things in the same spots.
Customer service
GM at this location clearly don’t enjoy their jobs. They barely interact upon arrival, speed through intro/instructions and when we completed the room and opened the door, we heard someone casually say “Congratulations” as they rushed by the room.

2-4, this is a linear room so too many people and you’d have people just standing around waiting for something to do.

Was anything broken?
Yes
One door didn’t open when the correct code was entered so we thought we did something wrong and it wasn’t until we called for a clue that they realized that the door didn’t open. 2 out of 4 Bells that were supposed to ring when buttons were pushed didn’t ring. One object needed to be placed and replaced 3x to get the incredibly specific spot to trigger the reaction.

Accessibility
One puzzle is at a good height for an average adult and would be difficult to reach for a person in a wheelchair or dwarfism. Some math involved which could trip up someone with dyslexia or dyscalculia.
