Overall this was a good room for this location. Most puzzles worked as intended and the room flowed well. The puzzles all made sense with the theme of the room and everything in the room felt like it belonged there. The last puzzle was disappointing, it was just like any other puzzle in the room and if it weren’t for the door opening, there is no indication that you solved the room. It really leaves you wondering if you actually completed the room or if you missed a puzzle or if the door opened prematurely. The only reason we go to this location is that it’s close to home and we’ve completed all the games at the other escape room close to home (which has better rooms, more engaged GM, with better puzzles and better upkeep)
Clues and puzzles flowed well one to the next. There was not a lot of time wondering where to go next.
Set was well designed but showing a lot of wear and tear. Some puzzles were easier to solve because the surfaces were worn down from previous players doing the same things in the same spots.
GM at this location clearly don’t enjoy their jobs. They barely interact upon arrival, speed through intro/instructions and when we completed the room and opened the door, we heard someone casually say “Congratulations” as they rushed by the room.

Pretty standard lock and key, 4 number locks or keypads.

2-4, this is a linear room so too many people and you’d have people just standing around waiting for something to do.

One door didn’t open when the correct code was entered so we thought we did something wrong and it wasn’t until we called for a clue that they realized that the door didn’t open. 2 out of 4 Bells that were supposed to ring when buttons were pushed didn’t ring. One object needed to be placed and replaced 3x to get the incredibly specific spot to trigger the reaction.

One puzzle is at a good height for an average adult and would be difficult to reach for a person in a wheelchair or dwarfism. Some math involved which could trip up someone with dyslexia or dyscalculia.

The room was fun enough, more math than I expected. Some fun puzzles and the theming was interesting enough. Certainly not a difficult room, and when we were done it was over a minute after we finished the room before we had to buzz them on the intercom to ask them end the game. There room is not super well maintained. Extremely disinterested employees who barely interacted with us and walked us out, no offering to take a picture or making any conversation beyond a bored congratulations. The room itself was fine.
Pretty cool, not that well maintained. Some things peeling and in poor condition.
I could have been run over in front of the staff and they might not have noticed

They have some pretty good rooms… just need to change them out more often and maybe stay up to date with broken stuff cause there’s been times I’ve gone and stuff doesn’t open

Good atmosphere with puzzles that fit the theme well, although the ending was a little lackluster. We thought we were done at one point, somewhere that felt like a good ending, but it continued and the ending we got wasn’t quite as memorable. A few things felt like we had input or solve several times to trigger something. My teammates who have done other rooms at this location have said this is their best and I can see why as it was a lot of fun.
I think we came in the middle of a shift change because there was no one at the front desk for a good 20 minutes before our game.

There were elements that flowed really well but the ending was a little lacking and didn’t connect well with the central mystery.
Hard
It was a challenging room, some because the puzzles themselves were difficult and required a few steps to solve and others that felt a bit like a stretch.
Not scary
Not exactly “broken” but one puzzle just shut off while we were in the process of solving it. Thankfully we had written stuff down but it was a little frustrating nonetheless.

There is one puzzle with small writing so I wish they had provided a magnifying glass or something because it was relatively faded and the letters were small.

We don't normally pack.of room, we prefer 4 to 5 players at most, but for my husband's birthday we did and this room was worth doing so with. It's large, with great puzzles that have excellent reach, and was probably one of the best experiences I've ever had! Bring a good team and take this room down, you won't regret it!
