Your detective skills are critical to your survival. On a fast train to Budapest with your fellow detectives, you find out a man by the name of Sir Clarence Hayden has suddenly been murdered! You’re able to narrow down 5 suspects who were seen in the dining car around the same time, but it’s up to you to nail down the suspect before the next stop along the railway. Moving through the cabins and gathering evidence, the killer knows you are hot on their trail and has decided you are their next target. With you out of the picture, they would be free to escape when the train stops.

They have some pretty good rooms… just need to change them out more often and maybe stay up to date with broken stuff cause there’s been times I’ve gone and stuff doesn’t open

I tend to love train rooms, and this one is no exception. The puzzles were great, and flowed really well. The atmosphere was wonderful. The staff rocked! I truly enjoyed this game. You will too!

My wife, sister, amd sister-in-law all love trains so we jumped at the chance to ride the Budapest Express. The puzzles in the room were challenging, but I felt it was a little linear. There are a few puzzles that aren't really puzzles, more like hide and seeks, which is something I enjoy, but only one or two per room. This one felt like more. Otherwise, the story and the theme were perfect! Kudos, another great room.

This room was not one of my favorites, but it had some fun puzzles. If you have ever done Murder on the Orient Express, I feel that it was similar, but that room was better in my opinion. This one had some confusing puzzles and one that takes forever, which takes up your whole game. If you have multiple people in your room, not everyone can work on it at the same time, so I feel like there was a lot of standing around. I think Escapology offers better rooms that I would pick first.

I believe this room to be very different from a lot of the escape rooms in the area, what made this room stand out was the amount of reading and papers the room had, reading isn’t one of my groups strong points so it definitely hit us hard, but if you like escape rooms with a lot of reading should definitely give this room a try, the props were alright this time around not too ratty, I like how they tied the puzzle to the storyline and character connections, I wouldn’t say this is there best room at this location but decent. I personally give it a 6.5/10.

Somewhat I can barely remember the story cause of how much reading there was but it was cool to how they integrated the story with the puzzle

Organization is key in this room if you want to solve the mystery. A good room for those with a love murder mysteries and brain teasers. Lots of red herrings and items that will come in handy more than once so be sure not to just put things aside once you believe you are “done.”

There is a partially auditory puzzle and the space is on the smaller side and a big narrow so there may be some difficulty navigating a wheelchair but plenty of seating if you have people who can’t stand long.

I really loved the design of this room. There were some red herrings and a lot of props which made it difficult if you’re not organized. Impressive room and lots of fun. Didn’t make it out but one I’d definitely do again!!
