Rating 4/5 - Huge pirate ship with a lot of tech! Here's why I enjoyed this room: -The pirate ship set was surprisingly large and looked so cool, there were even weather effects to make it more immersive. -Multiple areas and levels to explore, at least 1 person will need to climb a ladder. -Puzzles were mostly fun and fit the theme (though not all were great). -It was a mix of mechanical interactions and lots of tech, there was only a single padlock and it looked appropriate to the time period. -Ending was enjoyable, fairly climactic, and was a good opportunity for teamwork. -The GM was also friendly and helpful. The only issue for me is that they do not provide a writing pad so you have to use your phone. I played this room solo and it's doable but I'd recommend 2-4. Hello! Similar to your Shock & Awe and Abduction review, our only comment is this: -Due to groups commonly using our provided markers and pens to vandalize the games (drawing and writing out codes or personal notes on in-game props and sheets) we do not provide writing pads or pens / markers anymore. So we just tell groups they can use the notes in their phones if needed in the spiel. Thanks for coming out to play and for the heart!
