Howitz

We chose to play Howitz as my friend and I both love spooky-camp vibes. This room certainly delivered! The set design was incredible and filled with loads of creepy things to look at (I do admit I wanted to take some of the toys home with me!). We were also both impressed with the story which had been well thought out and integrated in the room. Unfortunately we did find ourselves disappointed with the puzzles. Most were quite observation heavy (looking and finding things) which is not really our style. If you do enjoy this however you will love this room! Thank you to our games master Toby who was attentive and friendly throughout! Clues were well timed and everything was triggered at the right time. Also he managed to make me jump at the end which is always appreciated in a horror room! <3

A great room overall with some puzzles that we’ve not seen before. Whilst not super challenging for us it was still a great room

Wasn't sure what to expect, but had a really fun game and laughed a lot. Some jump scares but more scooby doo scary than anything else.

Fantastic room! less jumpy than i expected but that was welcomed as a very nervous person 😂 lots of very fun varied puzzles and superb set dressing all around- incredibly immersive

A suitably creepy room with a couple of moments that made shriek out in surprise, also some clever usage of lighting and props elevate this room.  I've heard that sometimes there is a live actor but we did not have one (it really didn't need it)

Classic creepy toy shop game. There were a couple elements which were good fun and clever but nothing too out there. Didnt find it scary but i’m not one to be all that fussed by jumpscares. You can tell the room is older and it does need a refresh/face lift and i think it could be a lot better.

Spooky room, a good one if you like a scary room but not TOO scary. Well decorated and flowed well. Great GM as always with escapelogic. Would recommend!

Loved the theming and story of this room. It’s very creepy and there were plenty of jump scares. Unfortunately as an experienced team of 4 we found the puzzles very simple and there weren’t many of them even though it was a linear game (the gm did explain the scary aspect usually slows groups down) There was an unusual puzzle that I haven’t seen done elsewhere that was really fun to complete! Would recommend this room but best for smaller groups if experienced.
