Again, a Kingpin room so canβt expect anything crazy. And still. Similar problems with the Pirates room with tech that didnβt work, doors that opened randomly and props that werenβt maintained well. No good. Asked for assistance with a broken prop and how it was meant to work and instead had an entire puzzle explained to ask that we didnβt ask for, didnβt love that. You know, theyβre not good but they donβt have to be this bad. Spend your cash elsewhere.

The Lost City of Atlantis was ever so marginally better than its pirate-themed counterpart but this was only due to its surprisingly cool set dressing. Thatβs really about all the positives I have as the rest was a convoluted, symbol-heavy mess. For what is a pretty unique theme, the puzzles themselves felt so monotonous and lazy that we honestly just wanted it to be over by the 25 minute mark. Pair this with the tech failing for two different puzzles and youβve really reached peak mediocrity. Iβm not sure why escape rooms attached to bowling alleys are so notoriously terrible but I feel like companies with big budgets like Strike and Kingpin donβt really have an excuse for selling such underwhelming, unmaintained experiences. Please donβt go here.
