Best Escape Rooms (2018)

In an alternate time-line, the world is divided between those who have and those who have not.

For those in Utopia, life is good! Technologically advanced, every need is catered for, every wish fulfilled. Overseen by their benevolent government, the Utopians are protected from the outside dystopian world and the disease ridden creatures that wander there.

But is all as perfect as it seems? Are there darker truths to be uncovered?

This was a hard but fun game. Lots to do for a group of six. Very techy so good for players who like that kind of game play.

We played back to back with Dystopia. Good room, only one padlock in the whole thing so not the traditional escape room experience. Very hi-tech but lots of puzzles all different types. Our GM Joey was really good. I will note, the venue itself is up 2 flights of stairs and this particular room does involve a ladder, although you could escape without using the ladder if mobility is an issue. 
It was a really cool storyline, either room would be great as a stand-alone but they work so well together, do both if you can!

Gen 3. Almost too techy but OK. Flowed OK but freezed up a bit on latter 3rd of game..

Great room and even better when linked with Utopia. Preferred the dystopia room but that doesn’t mean I didn’t think this room was awesome. Just more my kind of room. Maybe I’m just more a ‘have-not’ 😉

Excellent utopian future style game with white washed walls and clinical feeling throughout. Use of technology here was superb with some excellent puzzles, and when played back to back with Dystopia at Make Your Escape, the entire experience is incredible. A must visit in Derby!
