128 escape rooms
This was one of the first rooms in Paris apparently, and it shows its age. The story is quite superfluous, and almost all of the puzzles were quite gimmicky and nothing you couldn't find in almost any other escape room. Another outdated aspect is the number of keypads with "3 tries loses you 5 minutes" plastered on them. There is even a phone with a password guess that actually threatens to block after 3 tries which is made worse by the fact the room has several threads that lead to texts and you're kind of pushed to guess which to use, how to case the letters, or whether to combine them etc, which is stressful (the correct answer is indicated in quite a clever way but it's hard to figure out and the room doesn't shy away from random "unclever" associations for other puzzles, so there's really no indication you shouldn't try whatever comes to mind). Past the first room, the game flows better. However, there are no stand-out things apart from finding the magnifying glass and the use of the crime silhouette and these are very minor parts of the room. For a much better experience with the same theme in Paris I would recommend LockAcademy's Almost Perfect Crime.
