Enjoyed the room, but did not enjoy the fact that this place does not have private bookings. They allow up to 10 people to join the game, which dampers the experience

I always forget that The Escape Game groups strangers together, and once again, we got paired with strangers 😫. Our group of 3 ended up in a room full of 10, which honestly felt overcrowded (even if we had known everyone). At best, it was chaotic, and at worst, it was frustrating - with so many people, we barely got to participate in a lot of the puzzles and left feeling like we missed half the game. That being said, the set design is solid. The room is immersive and aesthetically pleasing to look at. Lots of cool puzzles, some lame ones. One puzzle, which is supposed to trigger a mag lock to open after solved, did not work, and after staring at it for several minutes, the answer pops up on the screen, but when cross checking with our solution, we confirmed we already had it right. Another few minutes of standing there went by as we watched the game master’s mouse travel aimlessly across the screen in confusion… and then, the mag lock was manually triggered. As someone who works at an escape room, I get that sometimes tech doesn’t work perfectly, but as a game master, you should be watching/listening closely, so that if the team has a correct answer, you can ensure it triggers the next thing properly. In the grand scheme of things this was a minor issue, but frustrating as the whole ordeal wasted about ten minutes. Another thing about this one is that there are FAR too many useless props in this room. Cabinets full of items with detailed labels… that aren’t used at all for the game. I’m all for decor, but this just felt like too much. The final puzzle is also very strangely designed. Without spoiling anything, it’s basically designed to intentionally construe your perception of how much left you have to solve. That makes for a very underwhelming ending. Despite the negativity in this review 🤣, I actually still recommend this game. I like the mix of logic and physical puzzles, and it’d be a great intro to escape rooms for newbies. On a spectrum of all escape rooms, this is high up there, but on a spectrum of Escape Game rooms, this is low.

A bit confusing and all over the place very out of order but I assume that is on purpose to fit in with the whacky theme. Overall still very fun

Great Gen 1 room. Enthusiasts will enjoy solving the puzzles, but might be underwhelmed by the ending. Fun and cute!!! A team of 2 got out with 18 min left.

Absolutely loved this room! Completed this room the day before I got engaged with a bridal party and it was so fun! Not every room can rally strangers together but this room was the perfect level of inquisitive to pull the team together

This is your run of the mill escape room. Typical puzzles and cute theme. If youve done at least ten rooms, youve probably seen all the tricks they use in this room and that was the case for us. We FLEW threw this room so much so that the guide thought we'd done it before. The theme is cute, but there are some maguffins in the room that you could get tripped up on. While I say the room is cute, it's not up to snuff for the theming we know The Escape Game for. You can tell it was a previously owned room which was bought by the company and not redone.

A fun room with some unique puzzles that I don’t see often. It’s nonlinear, but it was still fairly easy to figure out what to solve and how the puzzles connected.
It was a fun game and pretty easy to follow along with several unique puzzles.

Kind of in between, both physical locks and electromagnetic releases

We had 2 people, and there’s one puzzle in particular that’s challenging to do because of the physicality of it

A fun game with a good size set and a bunch of interesting, nonlinear puzzles. This game is showing its age. Many parts of the set are damaged. This game is not going to be the best experience the escape game has to offer, but it will be a fun time, especially for a larger group.
Creative puzzles of all kinda abound. Nonlinear.
Very convincing but showing its age.
The game guides were consistently excellent.

Not sure the price tag is justified, but the gameplay was fun. Try to go during a weekday so you don't get random people in your group. We had 8, which was definitely too many.
