24 escape rooms
Not too bad of a room, there’s better ones on the coast but it does great for a scare. Music was a little overwhelming eventually but plenty of dark corners for the live actors to hide. Not overly impressed with the puzzles in the end but the atmosphere was pretty good
Gameplay
Majority of our time was spent on a logic puzzle, because of the noise it was sometimes a ‘what do we do now’ moment because we didn’t hear the click of solving the puzzle. Otherwise it flowed ok
Atmosphere
Design was fantastic, music a bit over the top, made it hard to realise where the next puzzle step was

Story
Difficulty
Hard
Hard because some of the puzzles were very well hidden, only got them due to asking for a clue, I would say they are poorly placed
Game tech
Mechanical
Some tech, standard use of magnets, last puzzle glitched out, we had the code but required 5 mins of jiggling and confirmation with the GM that we had the right code before it popped
Ideal number of players
2

Was anything broken?
Yes
Little bit of prop damage but that’s expected after a few years of the room operating
Live actors
Yes
Definitely worth doing with a live actor! Made the experience way better, very little interaction with them so don’t be scared
Physically active
Not at all
Some crawling but there’s a button to open the door on the other side as well as a reach and pass puzzle
Easy to find location
Yes
