A novel experience that feels like an interactive museum exhibit. This is Australia's first ever escape room and it shows. Very old-school and not only can you see the inspiration that it gave to all the rooms that followed but you can feel the love that went into crafting this game originally. Don't expect any fancy tech but it doesn't need it with the amount of fun and well thought out puzzles it has.

This was my very first escape room and set my love for escape rooms! Walked towards the backyard and saw the mother in the living room watching TV surrounded by books. I initially thought we had to play around her as she watches haha, but the real room was actually in the old garage. Would highly recommend especially for first timers or beginners!

Billed as the first escape room in Melbourne this venue delivers exactly what it promises. A well thought out room with a good array of puzzles, a storyline that made sense alongside a decent set dressing made for an enjoyable experience. Though it was created over a decade ago I found it to make more sense than some of the newer rooms I've played of late. There is obviously more than a bit of wear on this room given it's age, I can understand wanting to keep it "original" but it could do with a minor facelift as we found some of the maintenance created accidental red herrings and distractions. A bit out of the ways in Flemington but definitely worth a look at for any enthusiast.

Oldies but goodies. Classic escape room, very original. Love that rustic props sets in a cabin behind someone’s yard. Would recommend all levels of escape room players to try.

Absolutely loved it! The definition of a classic escape room, great variety and flow of puzzles with an immersive, rustic set. If you’re an enthusiast, playing the first escape room in Australia is a must, open 10 years and couldn’t fault it. Also Sam was lovely!

This was one of the first escape rooms I completed as it is the original and came highly recommended. It's fun that it's set up in the backyard without all the bells and whistles of some of the modern games but still provides a really enjoyable escape room experience with great flow and fun puzzles.

My partner and I loved this escape room! Great puzzles and cool design for an “old” escape room. Sam the host was incredible and made the experience as fantastic as it was. We had so much fun and would recommend this escape room to everyone!

Definitely an older escape room, but what can you expect from the OG escape room! I still enjoyed the set design and props!
