Two of the puzzles were messed up. One door was open when in should have been locked and one of the items was not set back up correctly. Pretty frustrating when the sequence gets messed up.

Hi nblumert, I know its been a little bit since you played, but it was important for me to reply to this now that we are fully on Morty. I'm truly sorry that this was the case for your visit with us. It is never OK when something is wrong, out of order, etc. and we take these things very seriously. The people who work here are great. Room is in the dark with flashlights. One puzzle didn’t work. They’re remodeling so might be improved?
