JotaMatador
201 escape rooms
This was the fourteenth room on our escape tour in Spain and, while not my favorite horror experience compared to others I’ve done (Dark Forest & Asylum of Fear in Germany, Stay in the Dark in the Netherlands, Malum & Whitechapel in Spain), it still had some unique elements. The way the experience starts and the game master’s interactions throughout the game stood out as highlights. The room is set to close at the end of 2024, so I’m glad I had the chance to play it. The game master seemed a bit rushed to get us out, though this was understandable given the technical issues that delayed our start. Overall, it’s a decent horror room and worth playing for all levels of players—but definitely not for the faint of heart!

Customer service
The host felt in a rush to get us out and leave. Probably because they had some technical issues and we started 10 minutes late.
