great starter room for first time teams.

Classic escape room and fun to complete although with the kids could have given us a few extra minutes to finish

Honestly a pretty solid room. More of a traditional escape room with lots of puzzles that lead you to lock combinations (which I personally enjoy). The only thing it lacks is some sounds and effects to add to the immersion. Two of us did this room and opted for “flashlights only mode”. This made it more challenging and immersive and we made it out with around 2 minutes left. The staff was very friendly and the room exceeded my expectations given the reviews it’s received here.

My husband and I LOVE escape rooms. We drove from Fresno (2 1/2 hours) to play this room. On the way, getting off the freeway we were rear ended in a tiny fender bender that literally made us 3 minutes late for our start time. We called the room to let them know but the employees had no compassion and started the clock before we arrived. Then took their sweet time explaining the rules and all the locks! Even though we told them we knew how the locks worked. Furthermore, in order to use clues or hints we had to use little poker type chips in a machine, which takes up time and sometimes doesn’t work, so we were repeatedly putting the little chips in a slot waiting for the machine to register. We had 1 puzzle left and the employees came in right away cutting off our game. I don’t recommend this company based solely on the horrible customer service.

Great theme for a room. The room is dark and mostly locks. Hint system is already programmed, so not tailored to group needs.

Fun experience, but some puzzles felt a bit worn. The theme and flavor of the room were as expected. 7/10
