Surprisingly amazing scary escape room! Multiple jump scares, completely immersive environment, and challenging but creative puzzles! The puzzles were well-designed to fit the theme and some were quite challenging (as we didn’t escape). So much to do and discover with so many “haunted hotel” themes! This company doesn’t disappoint! I’d recommend anywhere from 2-5 people as ideal. We had 3, all girls, and got into it with the spook factor. Highly recommend if you love “haunted” and scary themes!

Very cool! The actress did her job very well, she was creepy and helped us when we needed it. The room was a great experience 10/10! Highly recommend! The photo is the actress. Good times and was spooked!!!

I really wanted to love this headed in but the experience was not what I wanted it to be. The atmosphere was great but puzzles are very linear early on which felt boring with four people. We got stuck on one due to the design of the puzzle. We knew what was needed but it wasn’t functioning properly and they let us struggle with it for a good 20 minutes which was frustrating. Once we finally got past that, it looked like it could be more fun but we didn’t have enough time to figure out if that’s true. It’s unfortunate because I was really looking forward to the trying this one!

Too linear early on and puzzles design had a technical flaw that we weren’t given help with.
Atmosphere
The theming was great. There were time is was a little loud which did not add anything to the experience but otherwise what we saw of it was done well.
Customer service
We weren’t really greeted which is fine. When we did ask for clues it took some time to get them and they were very obscure and hard to figure out. We got stuck with a puzzle that wasn’t working right for a good 20 minutes and they didn’t seem to care.
