This room surprised me. I genuinely felt like I was aboard a Klingon ship. That being said, this location I can only describe as interesting. The customer service is by far the best I've ever experienced in the industry. Be warned the location is not accessibe, and this room requires some crawling and climbing. It is also VERY HOT, staff had to bring a box fan during the game. Puzzle flow was there but the puzzles were made more difficult then needed due to certain circumstances I won't spoil. Sound design was great and immersive however the audio system used made it impossible to hear unless you were on one part of the ship. Overall this room, though not a new gen room, shows the true passion for escape rooms this company has. It's not big and fancy, but will still immerse you and you will have fun.
Gameplay
Puzzles were fine, but due to one element were more difficult then needed.
Atmosphere
Though more of an old styled game. It was very immersive.
Customer service
out of every location I've ever been this location had the best customer service I've ever seen. Clues were in character. Staff were truly passionate about the location. And when the room got hot they brought us a box fan and helped with some puzzles along the way.

Replicated Star Trek a little to close for legals comfort but well thought out story.

The puzzles I would say are medium however due to a certain aspect of this room they were very time consuming and unnecessarily difficult.
