Hi smg5281, thank you for the review and! First, I'm truly sorry that you felt frustrated over this room. However, your thoughts on the first puzzle make perfect sense and we are already correcting that, GREAT CATCH! Finally, this was our first room at this location so, yeah, I would say it's your standard escape room minus a ton of padlocks, but it has taught us a lot and we have made many upgrades to our newer rooms since. We really do value your feedback and I do hope you will join us in the future.
