Austin was “a ton” of fun as GM. This is another one where we don’t want to give much away but rest assured this is a top notch room. Fully immersive, a lot of attention to detail and story. Yea, they use some old school locks but they are perfectly integrated and make sense for the setting. We honestly like both of their rooms equally, so do them both and keep eye out for new rooms coming. Best in US for us! For those with mobility issues (like Julie!) there is a short crawl but otherwise good to go. 2nd visit to The Exit Games FL and Pins & Needles Tattoo Parlor almost lived up to the hype. The experience was incredibly immersive and all of the rooms were really well done. All the details of every room (and there were A LOT of rooms) were Hollywood quality and made you feel like you were in each of the various settings. Loved the music in the first half of the experience as it really added to the immersion. I loved that several rooms had physical tasks to accomplish and there were a wide variety of different puzzles, all making sense. Lots of easter eggs for SoS throughout, which were fun to identify. It was cool that they personalize the experience for your team of artists. The room was actually a lot more tame (more like PG-13 than R) than I thought it would be. Customer Service (Rainer was our GM) was fantastic again, and added to the exceptional experience. Highly recommend P&N!

A world class experience. Impressively themed, scripted and puzzled. Absolutely in a class of its own

This was a fantastic room, although calling it a "room" does it a disservice. Other venues would have fit 2-3 different escape rooms into the footprint of this one experience. They put a lot of thought into all aspects of this game-- narrative, decor, pre-game, props, audio, etc. Our gamemaster was terrific-- really sold the story and vibe through the pre-game and late game. The game itself had a mechanism I haven't seen before in other escape rooms, which was delightful. There is one area that is completely bottlenecked by something that could use stronger signposting-- there's so much to look at in the room, it was easy to overlook the one important thing that you need to get started. Otherwise the game was fantastic, with strong theming and narrative. Normally I'm sensitive to rooms that use a lot of locks, but I didn't mind them at all here because for the most part they were well-integrated into the setting. Well worth the drive from Orlando.

It would be hard to find a better room. Both rooms at this location are amazing.

Incredible experience. So immersive with a story that flows perfectly. Incredible host. Can’t wait for them to have more rooms!

One of my all time favorites. Great set, amazing quality of puzzles and a lot to take in. I will say make sure you don’t bring in any phones or use a flash light. You won’t need it and it will help with the experience. I had a blast with both rooms at this location and I have nothing but good things to say.

My favorite room so far. Lots of variety in this game. Great start and finish and all fun and scary in between.
