Players are students of their beloved Dr. Jones, a famous adventurer that has spent his long career traveling to many archeological sites around the world, collecting artifacts to bring back to his museum. He regrets that there was one artifact that he was never able to find: The Golden Idol, rumored to be hidden in the Lost Temple. Can you, escape in under 60 minutes if not the tomb door will be locked and you will be trapped with the others?

This was the first room that I tried with just 2 people. The game was set up incorrectly so after getting a clue we had no idea how the GM came up with the answer so after 45 minutes of being confused, I personally gave up and sat down because the answer didn’t make sense. The GM eventually came into the room and told us the room was setup incorrectly…she gave us the option of either resetting the room or we could start where we left off and the clock would restart so we had her reset the room. With the room being set up incorrectly at the start that really messed with us and with only minutes left on the clock, there was a puzzle that we had to decipher and because the GM has to type out the clues we lost time as we were trying to get a hint and we didn’t escape. The whole thing was frustrating and upsetting as we had left was to put 1 thing somewhere and we were done.

This room was super exciting! It is not your typical room. Definitely a fun and unique experience.

It was a fun room. We struggled with a couple parts of the room, only to later find out it was a mechanical issue and they had to pause and come rescue some pieces for us. This happens.
