Blind Tiger Speakeasy

This was a solid game from a new-to-me company. The Blind Tiger is a game that many companies have bought and implemented, and the clunky interfacing between the automated GM and the real GM showed here. It was also rather clear that this game truly was intended to be 75 minutes long, as our group of 4 ended up using extra time than our allotted 60 minutes. Some of the puzzles were very clever, while others felt genuinely unnecessary. It’s the rare game where the puzzle density felt far too high for the space. While the game was enjoyable and the set extremely well decorated, some revisions to either the puzzle quantity or the game clock would make this game truly exceptional.

Our family was truly delighted by this room. As a group of 5 (with 2 kids and an elderly person) it stretched the limit of our time. The room is extremely puzzle dense. In 60 minutes there are literal dozens of puzzles to get through. Our favorite thing though? Just the huge variety in the puzzles. Lots of the type you’ve seen but even a few I haven’t seen before. The plot is fun too, great 20’s era music. Can’t wait to try the other rooms on future vacations.

Expensive even per person. Great mechanics although I didn’t like that 12 things had to be solved altogether before moving on. Another room I have been to does a very similar story to this but they split the table portions up properly. I really want to give this room a neutral rating because of this dynamic and the price combo. Otherwise a reputable escape room and great company.

This is my favorite game at this location. My mom and I did it together, but it would have been easier with more people. We had to run around a lot to make up for the lack of bodies.

One of my favorite rooms ever. The people who own this are truly passionate about it and they put so much thought and effort into making it a great experience. Highly recommend!

An amazing themed room. It looked just like an old fashioned speakeasy. Good combination of physical and mental type challenges. It really made you think and definitely was engaging. Loved this!

This was a pretty good room but we were paired with another family that just freaked out a lot. The room was clean and puzzles were decent, nothing outstanding but worth playing. We’d had more fun playing alone, we had 5 in our group and they had 4 making it 9 people. Just too many for that space.
