Room was ok. Staff was rude and didn’t pause the timer when a puzzle was broken.

Staff was very rude when we asked for the timer to stop when a puzzle was broken. Then we asked to see the rest since we didn’t escape and this was the only time we’ve ever been told at this location or any other escape room that we can’t see the rest of it. Kind of ruined 5280 for us.
