A pretty good room, but VERY combo and key lock heavy. Also, even with one team the fact there are enough puzzles for two teams makes it overwhelming and confusing at times.

I genuinely have nothing positive to say about this room. It’s one of the worst escape rooms I’ve ever participated in. Avoid it if at all possible. Our group couldn’t think of a single puzzle or element in the entire room that we found especially engaging or interesting. Having two teams in the space made it noisy, hectic, and confusing, while adding nothing to the experience. Overwhelmingly most of the time in this room is spent trying to match keys to locks with no clues. On top of that, the staff refused to allow the “losing” team to finish the room after our team “won”. This is despite them telling us before the room that this wouldn’t be the case. Depriving them, for no good reason, of a part of the experience that they paid for. It’s downright criminal if you ask me. In our few interactions with them I found the staff to be rude, cold, and condescending. I strongly advise escape room enthusiasts to skip this establishment and look elsewhere.

This game is VERY chaotic, and we were only playing with one team. There were a lot of tasks to complete, and your team needs excellent communication to succeed. The set looked great. Overall, I am not sure who the target audience of this game would be

I had so much fun doing this room. I did it with a group of 4. The room was very puzzle dense. I do a lot of rooms with just 2 people but I don’t think you should do this room with just two people. There was no point during this room were any of us not running around. Anyways I really loved this room so much fun.

We had a group of 8 people (4 on each side) that have done about 10+ escape rooms each. However, we were told that we only got about 60% of the way through in the 90 minutes we had. The game seemed too complicated, with too many moving parts to complete in 1 session - which is probably why they don't tell you any more about the room and offer you a discount on your next booking instead.

Overall had a fun time in this game. It has a dense puzzle flow that kept 3 very experienced players working through most of it but I can see how it might be too much game for some players. Nothing felt unfair and most things were satisfying and enjoyable. If I had any criticisms, it would be that the room felt quite dark and the music was a bit too loud to easily hear my teammates. Both of these things (we were told after) are things that they could have tweaked but it’s not something that we were made aware of before the game. I also wish there were some better signposting for where certain keys/codes were meant to be used because it isn’t super fun to get a key and wonder which of the 5 key locks it goes to. I did notice they used some color coding…but that only helps you so much in a game that is dimly lit. Overall though, I had a good time. Our game master Toby was a delight and went above and beyond with our group, totally becoming the best part of our experience if I’m being honest. There was some great banter with the parrot 😁

Unique game play, neat concept. Game itself played well. Questionable walking surfaces however with lots of “trip” areas. Dark is a common theme of escape rooms but also the most frustrating when no one in the team has good eyesight to start with. There were lanterns in the room and after the game they showed us how to turn them up. Perhaps this is part of the puzzle meant to add difficulty if players don’t figure it out but it did ruin it some for us especially since this was a very rare family experience. Post game photo was also not done well which was disappointing. Game play good. Overall experience not as much.

Puzzles were a mixture of difficulty which was nice, the most difficult part was the lighting (lack there of) and many trip hazards from flooring transitions.
