In the chapter 2: playtime, you have to escape the insane asylum with the antidote. Can you escape before your play time is over and you are locked in here?

We did this room with 2 people, we escaped and we both left feeling the same way. Not bad, not great, just meh. With such great reviews we were expecting more. I can see why people like the room but the clue system really takes away from it to a great degree. Even letting the GM know ahead of time that we don't like unsolicited clues, by the end of it we both felt like we didn't need to think any more because the clues would just keep coming and you might as well just wait and let them do it. The "needing to escape" was gone.
It was fine, nothing too stand out but not bad. Very linear so don't bring a large group.
The atmosphere was good, felt real and lived in, nothing was broken.
The GM was very kind and friendly.
Yes
The clue system was different than what I'd seen before but not in a good way.
I'm not really sure what the plot was for this room.
Medium
It could be harder with no clues, or you can just coast and let everything be fed to you.

2
It's linear and you don't need more than 2 to escape.
Spooky
It has a spooky atmosphere but no jump scares or anything.

So I loved the Doctor's Secret and as per recommendations, played this one right after as it continues the storyline. It was even better than the first! Itβs a newer game, and the set (despite being an old asylum) looks newer. Without ruining the live actor/hint system, I'll just say it's enjoyable and unique. The puzzles were excellent and flowed really well. There was at least one that we saw that we had not encountered before which is always appreciated. When one goes to Vegas, there's an expectation of a grand show, and Lost Games nails it with Playtime. If you want the full experience, sign up for Doctor's Secret and do that one right before.

Jack was our GM and they were fantastic! Thank you Jack, 10/10 customer service and acting skills :) The room itself was so cool! Loved the puzzles, had a veryyyy strong and immersive storyline. The ending was also very memorable! Canβt wait to be back

Really immersive room, if you are into spooky rooms but donβt want anything too over-the-top, this room is a good fit. The flow of the room could be improved, but besides that the room was solid. There were also some unique elements that we hadnβt seen before.

Much much better than Chapter One (Doctorβs Secret) on all counts: lots more puzzles, puzzles were substantially more challenging, and there were a couple of interesting mechanics we hadnβt quite seen before. We are so glad they were upfront with us that there is a character in the game that would usually guide us through the gameβbecause we were able to instruct them not to do that. We never want nudges but prefer to figure things out on our own. And weβre so glad they obliged. We appreciated being able to ask questions when we felt like we needed to verify what to do next without breaking something in the room or engaging in unnecessary tedium, but we never want to just be told what to do next. That self-discovery is a huge part of the fun of escape roomsβand there was a LOT to discover in this room! Donβt let the βspookyβ rating deter you. Other than at the beginning as part of setup, there are no live actors in the room, and nothing will jump out or touch you. We did this back-to-back with Chapter One and really enjoyed the flow from one room to the next. Highly recommend this roomβit is definitely a top choice for Vegas and beyond!

This room was so memorable. It might be one of my favorites I've done. We did the Asylum rooms back to back, which I recommend if you're up for it. But it is difficult with just 2 players and we only had a couple minutes to spare when we got out. The setup for the room is amazing and the way "hints" or info is given is awesome. Such an immersive room. This one is spookier than the 1st chapter, and in the best way. The awards this room has received are well earned.

Absolutely fantastic experience. We did the Asylum rooms back to back with the Doctor first and then Playtime. The immersion into the story was excellent and even waiting between rooms it was kept up. Because we did both we had 2 hours total for both rooms and the two of us needed every minute finishing with 17 seconds left. Highly recommended to do both together. We had such a great time. Our game master Jack was fabulous

βPlaytime was at its best when the set or props transformed. The hint system stole the show.β
βThe set design, lighting, and sound had the complete package and the puzzles had a great flow. β
