Fun room based on the board game! The puzzles leave a bit to be desired but it’s meant for families and kids to enjoy anyway. There are fun activities that involve running around and finding objects, which again, is likely to be a blast for younger sleuths. The point is to prevent a murder, so eliminating incorrect suspects, weapon, and places is the name of the game, though the deduction system leaves some room for doubt. The set, music, and voices were well done. There are even cutscenes, for lack of better term, where things happen as you progress. I would have loved to explore more of Mr. Boddy’s mansion. Now if you excuse me, I’m going to go home and you know what with my you know who!

The room had an amazing set! I thought the puzzles were fun, but there was one clue that was almost impossible to get without a hint.

Rating: 4/5 - This and Monopoly are my favorite rooms at Breakout, I've played all of them at this location as of 2025. It's definitely one of my favorite rooms in the area out of the 20+ I've played in Indy. The set was nicely done, it was immersive enough and felt like we were in a mansion, more so than Breakout's Mystery Mansion room. I liked how they made the set feel bigger than it actually was. The theming was well done and the room would be enjoyable even if you've never played Clue. I liked the variety of puzzles and tech, they didn't rely on the usual padlock puzzles. It was a lot of fun running around the different rooms and narrowing down the clues, the game-play fit the theme well. I'd recommend 3-5 enthusiasts. Update: I've played all the rooms at this location, my personal ranking starting with my favorite: 1. Monopoly ❤️ 2. Clue ❤️ 3. Wild West 👍 4. Museum Heist 👍 5. Bomb Squad/Undercover Alley 👍 6. Submarine Survival 👍 7. Mystery Mansion 👍 8. Runaway Train 👎 9. Kidnapping 2 👎 10. Island Escape 👎 11. The Kidnapping 👎

The clue game was fun for everyone in our group. There is a great mix of puzzle solving, finding things and fun chaos in this room. There was some frustration with some of the puzzles that involved multiple colors but the experience was still enjoyed

Gameplay

The game has great theme towards the clue game. You must prevent the murder to be fully successful
